Scope and operator
This policy covers the pre-launch Skull Cap AI website operated by Su Li under the ViralRetake brand. Privacy contact: [email protected]. You can choose and preview a photo, select quality and review pricing. Your selected photo stays in your browser; it is not uploaded to our server or a model. We collect an email only if you opt into the payment-opening notification. We do not accept orders or payment details yet.
Photo preview and your draft
Your photo, selected quality and current step are stored in this browser so you can return to your draft. The draft expires after 24 hours and is removed the next time you open the tool. Remove the selected photo or clear this site’s browser data to delete it sooner. We do not receive the photo through this pre-launch flow.
Information collected
If you register for a launch notice, we store your email address, consent version and signup time. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and request time for delivery and abuse prevention. The form uses a hidden anti-bot field and rate limits. We do not publish subscriber addresses or use advertising trackers on this site.
Usage statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, device types and page performance. Our own action counters record photo selection, quality selection, sample playback and progress toward ordering, using fixed event labels, a page category, selected quality and a random event identifier. They do not receive your photo, filename, email, private links or a persistent user identifier. Action counters measure actions, not distinct people, and may be affected by blocked scripts or automated requests. Event records expire after 90 days and are removed during subsequent event processing. A short-lived, salted hash of request information is used only to limit abusive submissions. Internal test activity is labeled separately.
Purpose and sharing
We use your address, with your consent, to send one notice when ordering and delivery are actually available. Signup does not create an account or authorize purchases, generation or unrelated marketing. Hosting and database providers process the site and list for us. Resend is our intended delivery provider and will process recipient information when that notification is sent. Provider processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell the list.
Retention and security
Launch registrations expire after 90 days unless removed sooner. An expired address is not eligible for notification; expired rows are cleared during maintenance or the next signup. We use private database storage and restrict list access; there is no public directory or list-download endpoint. Public HTTPS and hosted access controls must be checked before launch. No internet system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Participation is optional. To withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected] from the registered address. We may verify address ownership. Withdrawal prevents future launch notification. You may have additional rights under applicable law. The site is not intended for children; do not register information about children.
Future photo and order processing
Paid video generation is not open. Before it opens, this policy will explain photo and output retention, order records and provider transfers. Tested generation uses APIMart / Seedance 2.5; intended payment processing is through Waffo Pancake and intended email delivery is through Resend. Those future flows are not activated by joining this list.
