Who we are
Skull Cap AI is operated by Su Li, an individual based in mainland China, under the ViralRetake brand. Contact: [email protected]. This pre-launch website lets you choose and preview a photo in your browser, select video quality and review the price. Payment is being set up; the payment step offers an optional opening notification. No payment or generation is submitted.
Service and AI models
The planned service edits a fixed reference video using one portrait to create a short skull-cap transformation. It uses Seedance 2.5 through APIMart. The output is AI-generated, approximately 10 seconds, vertical, and silent. The image and sample shown together belong to the same tested example; the example uses an original fictional adult character. Results for new photos can vary. The reference determines the scene, movement and lighting, so your original photo background may not remain.
Eligibility and permission
You must be 18 or older to request future generation. Use your own photo or material you have permission to use, including permission from any adult shown. This does not grant rights to third-party reference footage, music, brands or likenesses. You must review the result before sharing and must not present synthetic footage as a real event.
Prices and access
Planned prices are USD 4.99 for one 480p video and USD 9.99 for one 720p video. Each is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. Applicable tax and the final total must be shown before payment. No payment is accepted on this pre-launch site. Future access is intended to use an order email and a private recovery link rather than a required account. Keep private links confidential.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
There are no charges, subscriptions or paid reservations during pre-launch, so no cancellation payment is due. The proposed paid-order refund policy is on the Refunds page and must be finalized before checkout opens. Do not send payment to a personal account to obtain early access. Waffo Pancake is the intended payment provider; live payment approval is pending.
Use, intellectual property and enforcement
You retain rights you hold in your input. Future processing permission will be limited to delivering your requested video; no sale of your photos or use by us to train models is authorized by these terms. We cannot guarantee that an AI output is unique, copyrightable, free of artifacts or cleared of third-party rights. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies. We may reject requests, restrict access or remove material for abuse, rights complaints or unlawful activity.
Acceptable use: Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to photos selected by users, fixed template instructions, reference material, AI-generated videos, public examples and support submissions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The public pre-launch site only previews a photo in your browser; it has no public generation endpoint or user gallery.
Acceptable use: Content standards and prohibited categories
The following six categories are prohibited: (1) sexual, pornographic or NSFW content; (2) violence or gore; (3) hate speech; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or other child-unsafe content; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of real people; and (6) copyright or trademark infringement. Prohibited deepfakes include face swaps, sexualized composites and fabricated statements or actions involving real people, even with consent. Terrorist propaganda, assistance with weapons of mass destruction, incitement to mass violence, deceptive endorsements and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited.
Acceptable use: Photo permissions and authenticity
Use your own adult photo or material you have permission to use, including permission from any adult shown. You must have the necessary rights to the photograph and likeness. Do not upload someone else without permission or present an AI video as real footage. Permission does not override the prohibited-content rules above or a model or payment provider restriction.
Acceptable use: Content moderation and current availability
Public video generation and payments remain closed. We do not currently receive your selected photo or send it to a model. The operator manually reviews reports about public examples and site content. Private trials have used APIMart asset checks; those checks are not represented as a complete platform moderation system. The local generation pipeline now checks its final text instructions with Waffo Prompt Sift before a new model request. Only an allow verdict permits that step; pending, blocked, invalid or unavailable checks pause or reject the request, and results are logged. This checks text, not the photo or finished video. Platform photo and output moderation for public generation is still being prepared. Public generation will remain closed until the required controls are ready.
Acceptable use: Reporting and review process
To report prohibited content, impersonation or a rights violation, email [email protected]. Include the relevant page URL or order reference, a description of the issue, and supporting information you can lawfully share. Do not attach illegal material. The operator manually reviews the report and available evidence, may request clarification, prioritizes child-safety or other serious concerns, and decides whether restriction or removal is needed. We limit access to reporter details for handling the report and applicable legal obligations. We will communicate the outcome where possible; this is not an automated reporting service.
Acceptable use: Enforcement and appeals
Depending on the violation, we may issue a warning, remove material hosted by us, reject a request, or restrict or terminate access to the service. When live ordering becomes available, an unfulfilled order may be cancelled under our refund policy and applicable law. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful authority requests. To challenge a decision, reply to the notice or email [email protected] with the reference and your reasons. The operator will reconsider the available information. We do not promise to remove copies hosted by third parties.
Limitations and changes
Examples demonstrate a tested result, not a guarantee of identical performance for every photo. Availability, similarity, facial detail, clothing, text removal and music synchronization are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be displayed before paid ordering opens. Contact us first about disputes; any mandatory local consumer protections remain applicable.
